Welcome!

I am a Philosophy Instructor based in Chico, a town in Northern California. I currently teach at Feather River College, Butte College, and CSU, Chico.

I am looking to transition into a more stable career and I’m keen to work on climate solutions or in another social impact role. I’m ready to have a direct impact.

I am a versatile and effective leader and team member and I’m a fast learner. I am excited to find a career in education, technology, sustainability, or government where I can make use of my skills to do important work.

Reductio: Adventures in Ideas

Reductio is an introductory podcast that gives a narrative and engaging introduction to philosophical ideas and their relevance to the modern world. We have episodes on a wide variety of topics, including technology, proofs for the existence of a god, the trolley problem, Zeno’s paradoxes of motion, the inverted spectrum question, and the reductio proof itself.

I founded a non-profit media organization – Inverted Spectrum Media – primarily to house the flagship podcast Reductio: Adventures in Ideas.
